Our Mission
1SSF The Black Devils is moving towards a standard AG format although we are still concentrating mostly on new player development we hope to be more competitive in our 2nd year. Come join us for our 2nd anniversary in February 13th 2011. In March 2011 Mark (Ares3451) took over temporary command of 1SF until Tommy Prince returns after a needed break from CO duties in 3 to 4 months from now. In his first Month Ares3451 has led 1SF to 3rd Place and Lt. Colonel rank as most ACTIVE AG with 23 actives plus 10 for activity bonus. Total 33 actives. Under new rules this means 1SF will be Lt. Col. Now back under CO Tommy Prince we have attained 1st Place. Although the game is losing it's player base very rapidly and it hard to see if the game will remain viable.

Promotions
All promos are given out first in this prioritized order:
- 2 BCO
- 6 CCO
- 2 BXO
- 6 CXO
Black Devils Guidelines
- Keep DPs below 5 or face dismissal
- We play all matches but if UBER stacked we try to get 1 win - 3 losses
- We play 4 games as an AG set
- If we go 0 wins - 4 losses then we don’t play further
- We recruit anyone from anywhere at any time
- We always recruit new players
- UPDATE your profile and INCLUDE your appropriate COUNTRY flag
- We all play 20 AG games in a month and do this at least once every two months.
Company Arrangements
BLACK DEVILS EXECUTIVE OFFICER REQUIREMENTS
1. Ventrilo working speakers and microphone.
2. Knows how to plan for existing AG maps.
3. 2000 games (1000 for exceptional players with REFF or RANK WO1).
4. REFF near or above 1.0.
5. 100 AG per month and on most weekends.
BLACK DEVILS COMPANY COMMANDERS REQUIREMENTS
1. Ventrilo with working speakers and microphone.
2. Knows how to plan for existing AG maps.
3. 1000 games (500 for exceptional players with REFF or RANK WO1).
4. REFF .750.
5. 50 AG per month on all weekends.

Our Core Belief
Call of Combat had 11 Army Groups in November 2010. In terms of the player base the game has tens of thousands of registered users although we used to see upwards of 50 logged in the peak hours to as low as 1 to 10 at low hours now we rarely get over 30 or 40 on weekends and the game is dead weekdays. There used to be over a few hundred Privates to PFCs are NONE, and from CPL to 1SG there are over 200+ NONE's that means a total of more than few hundred players have been in game in the past 30 days who have no AG ties however this is now down to 10 to 20. The game is dying. Please check the following link for updated information. Why the stats? Well simply 1SF believes this games lacks AGs that recruit new players and we feel more AGs like 1SF are needed to grow our game.
You have reached the Black Devils in Call of Combat led by PFC4LIFE, a veteran of Chain of Command and Call of Combat since 1998. The 1e & 2e Bataillon, The First Special Service Force - The Black Devils will be accepting only volunteers without current regimental or army group affiliations (NONE). We try not recruit outside the AG to fill company command positions please do not ask. We are about the new player and this AG is for them.
The Black Devils will respect that recruiting, training and retaining players are our priorities and will take on all AG challenges offered without reservation, without fear, accepting no matter the challenge because we learn to fight by taking on every challenger. Those who wish to fight under these conditions are welcome to volunteer.
We will not abide insubordination or disciplinary problems. Any member of the Black Devils who recieve more than 4 Discipline Points will be immediately removed from the regiment. Company Commanders will be required to maintain a minimum compliment of at least 10 ACTIVE NCO's in their company, they are also actively giving basic training, actively playing NPO and PO AG games weekly with their Company NCO's, and recruiting as many new members as humanly possible. Battalion Command is filled with members at the WO1 to CW5 in keeping with our training commitment these are out BEST players grown within the AG or who have started with us at formation.
*NCO's maybe active in AG by getting the approval of the STO or senior training officer. All decisions of the STO are final. It is up to you to prove you can handle yourself or get training to improve so you can help us in AG Ranked games.
We will actively encourage the XO to oversee tactics and training CCO's the sets in AG games as well as coordinate AG training and overall discipline of the regiment. The XO will be interested in forming their own regiment as soon as possible and will be asked to choose at least 50% of the CCO's and NCO's from the Van Doos when he leaves. We want to provide more regiments to Call of Combat and this is our primary mission. The XO is someone seeking their own regiment.
