Servers are the Call of Combat acquired term for a game room, which is hosted on one of several servers. These servers are generally identified by the type of game they are hosting, and the ID number of each game room.

You can also Join a Server From Browser, if the lobby does not function.

Beside each game server is a ping, the amount of players in a room and the name of the room.

Ping is showing how good your connection is to the room, the higher the ping the worse your connection to that room, for example, if your ping was 30ms, you would have no connection problems and you shouldnt lag, whereas if your connection were to be 220ms then your likely to lag out and see alot of warping from other players across the map.

The amount of players in the room can also determine your ping as you are going to be connecting to other people across the world.

Also it depends on where the server was launched, if you live in the UK and the server was launched from the states then your ping will be higher than most of the other rooms, if it was lauched where you live then your ping will be consideradbly good.
