NONE used to be the placemarker for any user who was not in any AG.

Unlike Army Groups (or Regiments), the NONE tag was assigned to players not in any AG. As such, AG chat for anyone not in an AG would be treated as a message to all. The NONE tag has since been replaced with the lack of AG callsign.
