Call Of Combat has many terms/abbreviations used, so this is a glossary to explain what each term means:

CoC Terms
- Active
- Has played 20 AG games or more in 1 AG/Is Active in the Call of Combat Community.
- AG
- Army Group
- AGSS
- AG Super Soldier (player with highest efficiency in AG games of the month)
- CO
- Commanding Officer (1st in Command of an AG)
- Deployment Phase
- The time when the CO plans, and gives out weapons to his/her subordinates at the beginning of a game inside of the Deployment Zone.
- FPS
- Frames per second - If some one is complaing of a low fps there soliders will be movings very jumpy making it hard to play, a good fps is about 20
- GF
- Good Fight/Fun
- GG
- Good Game
- GJ
- Good Job
- hold
- stay where you are
- Killer (Nade)
- A grenade which killed a soldier(s) instead of stunning him/her.
- Lag
- When somes one's connections is causing them problems in the game such as teleporting soldiers or other weird behavior like grenades appearing to travel farther than possible.

- NPO
- AG Non Play-Off Rooms (Doesn't count towards monthly AG Standings)
- Out
- I'm dead (In playerstats and AG games you can't talk with your team when dead so it helps to announce you're dead to alert them of the fact they may get flanked)
- PO(Ag Stats)
- Play-off (Does count towards monthly AG Standings)
- Ranks
- Levels of command order used to roughly determine playing ability
- Ready Up/Rdy up/Rdy/
- The Process of clicking on the "Yes, I am ready to play" Button.
- Rush
- Attack a player using most of your men (see Rush Article
- Snipe
- When you are shot from a long distance away, which is usually from about 10 squares or more or with a chance of under 10%.
- SS
- Super Soldier (player with highest efficiency in player stats games of the month)
- Stacked
- When one team has an unfair advantage over the other.
- When to or more of your men are close together.
- Tapper
- A player who purposely lags his soldiers to prevent himself from being hit by grenades or shot.
- Tk
- Teamkill (Happens when a killer nade is thrown at a teammate.)
- Up It
- Asking the Highest ranker in the room to raise the amount of players able to play in a game. Usually in Player Stats and AG Stats.
- XO
- Executive Officer (2nd in Command of an AG)
