The premise of D-Day Army surrounds the allied invasion of Normandy, and in that spirit, is a group of players from all walks of life working toward common goals of friendship and enjoyment of Call of Combat. DDA is focused on creating a nice, warm, welcome community that all players of all ages can play in. If you're interested in joining DDA, just apply for any company and get accepted right away!
For the month of June 2009, DDA successfully reached 53 actives and the LT. COL rank tier. DDA accomplished this mission with the work of their CCO's ability to recruit low ranks and have them efficently Non-Playoff.
DDA underwent a CO change during the month of October 2009. xXDestroXx, due to inactiveness, stepped down to make way for the new AG CO, Inet. Inet claims he has big shoes to fill, and that he plans to fill them well!
The month of January 2010 was a sad month. DDA disbanded, then asked its most loyal members to join CsG, which had renamed to TBC (To Be Confirmed). Inet took over as XO, and Invalid was CO. Half of the CCO spots went to CsG members, and the other half to DDA members. Alot of players merged. Many left the first month and are now scattered all around Call of Combat.
