Introduction
The Commanding Officer (CO) is the Officer in Command of a Military Unit. Typically, the commanding officer has ultimate authority over the unit, and is usually given wide latitude to run the unit as he sees fit, within the bounds of military law. In this respect, commanding officers have significant responsibilities (for example, the use of force, finances, equipment, the Geneva Conventions), duties (to higher authority, mission effectiveness, duty of care to personnel) and powers (for example, discipline and punishment of personnel within certain limits of military law).
Call of Combat
In-Game
Within Call of Combat the CO is the highest ranking person on your team. They will give out orders to the team and change those orders as they see fit throughout the game depending on what is happening. The CO will also distribute weapons during DZ time.
AG COs
The Commanding Officer of an AG is the leader who is responsible for paying AG dues, and commanding the entirety of the AG. He appoints the CCOs, who control the rest of their constituents directly.
The AG CO is able to achieve the highest rank in Call of Combat, Colonel, after an exceptional month of play.
